Research & Development Educator
Before diving into the world of baking & pastry, Leslie was the Vice President of Marketing & Special Events at J.P. Morgan for 14 years. While raising her daughter, she organized fundraising galas and donor events as the Director of Individual Giving at the Tenement Museum in New York City. Later on, as an empty nester, she focused on her passion for baking & pastry by enrolling in the L’Art de la Pâtisserie program at the French Pastry School in Chicago. After graduating with honors, she accepted many apprenticeship positions, including “America’s Test Kitchen” in Boston, Pierre Hermé Pâtisserie in Paris, and King Arthur Flour in Norwich, Vermont. Leslie is now the owner and operator of GoodNight Kitchen in Williamstown, Massachusetts, and serves as one of The Butter Book’s Research & Development Educators. she holds a bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from the Institute of Design at the Illinois Institute of Technology and a master’s in Graphic Design from Rhode Island School of Design.
